Critical humor, satire, feminism, irony, politics, reality and provocation are the main themes of the illustrations made by Mentalnoise, a Colombian Visual Designer.
Her realistic images are placed in a room with tiles that makes reference to a bathroom or intimate space as a place of reflection, full of detailed objects that manage to generate multiple scenarios within the same space, with which she wants to portray “everything that happens” in our society, political injustices and cultural conflict.
Through a striking color palette, she seeks to provoke and attract the viewer’s gaze, ensuring that the message does not go unnoticed. Mentalnoise started this project during the covid-19 quarantine in 2020, as a means of catharsis and self expression through art.
